Miototo Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using miototo services. By using this platform, you agree to all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the miototo website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the miototo platform.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing content or services through the miototo website. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of miototo services, you are required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. miototo is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

By using the miototo platform, you agree not to:

  • Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
  • Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information on the platform.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users or miototo staff.
  • Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or manipulate the miototo platform systems.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate game outcomes.
  • Transferring funds between miototo accounts with the intent to circumvent the terms of use.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the miototo platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your account tier and chosen payment method.

For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit. miototo reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Miototo is not responsible for payment delays caused by banks or third-party financial service providers. For any transaction disputes, users must contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The miototo platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. miototo does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, miototo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

Users acknowledge that betting and online gaming involve the risk of financial loss. miototo encourages all users to play responsibly and within their financial means.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Miototo reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
  • Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
  • User's own request to close the account.
  • Account inactivity beyond the stipulated period with no transactions recorded.

If an account is closed due to a policy violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited without compensation. Users who believe their account was closed unjustly may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of the closure date.

Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content on the miototo platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, graphics, software, and code, is the exclusive property of miototo and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or use any miototo platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Use of platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted provided the original source is credited.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Miototo reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the miototo platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
